Bob Watson

Bob Watson has been a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire and Maine since 2009. During that time, he has brokered the sale of over 300 properties of all sizes, shapes and styles.
A native of Concord, Bob has lived throughout the NH and Maine seacoast regions for many years, including the last 35 years in Rochester, where he and his wife, Claudia, raised their two daughters, Molly and Jenny.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Bob was a small business owner for over 20 years, operating a fitness equipment firm. He also was an athletic director and basketball coach at several small New England colleges. He earned a B.S. summa cum laude from Plymouth State College and a M.Ed. from Boston University.
Active in community affairs, Bob is currently a member of the Rochester School Board and a Strafford County Commissioner. Previously, he served two terns as a State Representative. Few people know the neighborhoods of Rochester and Strafford County as well as Bob. In his various campaigns for public office, he has visited over 10,000 homes while canvassing door-to-door!
In addition to being licensed as an associate broker in two states, Bob has achieved certification by the National Board of Realtors as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Loss Mitigation Specialist and the Green Designation. He also is certified as a Real Estate Owned Specialist by the American Real Estate University.
